Privacy policy

What SOL does with your data, where it is kept and how you stay in control.

Updated: October 16, 2026

This text is being written. The full version will be published here before any change to your rights.

What we can already say

The data infrastructure currently uses a region in the United States (Ohio). Data is not yet hosted in Canada.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payments go through Stripe: SOL never stores your card.

Your requests are sent to the provider of the model that answers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek or Alibaba).

You can export all your data or delete your account in one click, from the settings.

What the full policy will cover

Data collected and why · Model providers and processors · Retention · Your rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) · Memory and connectors · Minors · Transfers outside Canada · Contacting us.
